Blakesley Hall Museum, Birmingham. Design of grounds around the 16th century house and new visitors centre.
Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre. Landscape design for creation of award winning visitor centre.

Kingsale Heights, Salcombe. Five new three-storey townhouses, for Greywell Property Ltd, on the site of former single house. Landscape plans produced for planning submissions and construction/planting.
Harbertonford Mill, South Devon. Conversion of Grade II listed woollen mill into seven townhouses by Poppy Developments. Landscape plans for gardens and parking.
Selworthy Vets, Kingsbridge. Local vet surgery relocating to larger site on outskirts of Kingsbridge. LVIA and landscape plan to support full planning application by Andrew Lethbridge Associates.

Dartmouth Green. Redevelopment of thatched cottages and contemporary apartments set within the grounds of Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa. For Vine Leisure Ltd. working with BBH Chartered Architects Ltd.

French Furze, Blackawton. Allocated housing development of 56 new homes within a small village, which included a multi-use games area, play space, parking for the adjacent primary school and self-contained employment units. Initial community consultation, planning and landscaping development with Cavanna Homes, including production of LVIA and landscape plans, to successfully secure full planning permission. Subsequently completed by Linden Homes.

Equinox I,II and III, Exeter. Phased large residential development on the eastern edge of Exeter by Cavanna Homes. Detailed plans and specifications produced through all phases. Working closely with the development team at Cavanna, architects, engineers, specialist service providers, suppliers and local authority planning officers.
