Palstone Meadow, South Brent,

Development of 40 new homes by Cavanna Homes on the edge of the village, with 26 open market and 14 affordable homes in shared ownership and social renting.

Includes the retention of existing mature trees trees and creation of public open space along the embankment of the former Primrose Line railway, with mown grass paths through meadow grasses and wildflowers, benches, trim trail and additional native tree and hedge planting.

Initial community consultation, planning and landscaping development with Cavanna Homes, including production of LVIA and landscape plans, to successfully secure full planning permission. Completed in 2017 and photographed in 2022.
