Conversion of historic cliff-top hotel complex into luxury apartments with landscaped communal and private gardens, outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. Full design of hard and soft landscaping.

Working with Harrison Sutton Partnership architects, for Amara Estates. Completed in 2009. Photographed in 2010 and 2011.
